I'm quickly coming up to fp day and I have just one question. We have a 5:30 GG dinner on EPCOT and want to know what would be the earliest time to make a FP after and not feel rushed THNX

When we ate at garden grill we were there for a good hour. My son wanted to see all the characters.

I would wait until close to 7 to make any FP+. Give yourself some leeway there and then you would have from 6:45-7:45 or 7-8 to use the FP+ depending on what time you made it.

Is your question really that you don't want to feel rushed? Then make the FP for as late as possible.
If you really are wondering what is the earliest you can make the FP so you don't have too much time to wait after dinner, but still make it without rushing through dinner, then make it for 6:30. This gives you the 6:30-7:30 window allowing anywhere from 1-2 hours for dinner.

I would make it for 7 pm if the ride is in FW. If you are trying to get an FP+ for FEA, I would do 7:30 pm or later.
