And was only able to book a table for Wednesday evening at 8pm. The rest of the week is fully booked! So I'm guessing half term is going to be a tad busy!

If anyone wants to go there and hasn't booked then you may be disappointed.

I booked 2 weeks ago and out of all our bookings, Walts was the only one we had to juggle.

I've seen that all disney hotels are full, and a few of the off-site ones are too... in a way I can't wait, in another way i'm dreading the queue's, and wish I had booked another time (did it by mistake)...

blimmey......

im hopin im ok as cafe mickey we want for the monday 11th..... and cant book annettes..... but am very worried bout the busy part...... espec if they have the cs shutting early in the park.....

think ill phone up n book tomorro - just in case...

Hey Nikki!

Sorry, what do you mean by "cs" ? :)

To be honest, we're in the same boat - at the end of the day we've decided to try and make the best of it, we are always spoilt by being able to go out of season when it's lovely and quiet.

On the plus side, we do have a VIP fastpass for one of the day's we're there.

cs = counter service....

lots of reports of them closing most of the them early evening leaving nowhere to eat much in the park!!!! meaning huge probs if park is busy!!

yes, can only make the best of it now - too late to cancel :rotfl2: think i def need to ring up ds2s dr and chase up his letter - think we r gonna need his pass more than ever!!

as long as we get out cafe mickey meal, i am happy.... its what we always do on last day at 12 noon - how sad r we?? lol

Wow - it must be busy. Although I suspect out of all the character meals, Café Mickey will be the busiest because of the price and location. Hope no-one misses out though!

We're going August, and will be phoning up on the 60 day mark to book our meals at Café Mickey, Cowboy Cookout, Inventions and Auberge - just incase!

You'll be ok in August Rose ...the situation should get better for everybody end of June as that's when the summer staff start and various people have said that the restaurants will be open later ;)

im beginning to wonder if there will be any brits left in the uk to celebrate the queens jubilee or are we all "celebrating" it at disney?? :)

and when i said in my original post that cafe mickey was fully booked all week, i meant just the evening times. i didnt question availability for other times of the day. just to clarify that up for you.

phew, glad I booked my Cafe Mickey meal last week! Guess I should book my other meals tomorrow (auberge and inventions) to avoid missing out!

This isn't a surprise - even when I have been in low season people have been hanging out of the door queuing for Cafe Mickey on an evening!

I think some of it might be explained by the fact that us Brits tend to book our meals way before any other nationalities - many others just turn up and wait for a table. And as it's going to be mainly Brits in the park, that is why it is full!

We are eating at Cafe Mickey during the day that week and had no prob at all getting the time we wanted :)

Looks like the park is going to be full of Ukrainians if the music days are anything to be going by ;)

:rotfl2: I will be at home :sad1: but will be thinking of all you lucky people at DLP and dreaming the time away for our trip in a couple of weeks! :rotfl:

We booked Cafe Mickey at the weekend for Friday 8th June at 1:30 pm okay and booked the rest of our meals bar Annettes that you can't book about a couple of months' back.:goodvibes

We also booked this week "by mistake" not realising that it would coincide with the kids holiday in England.

Have been stressing about the crowds; but decided that if the crowds get too bad we are going to head out to Starbucks in the Village.:goodvibes

We've also planned to just get the 20th anniversary bits done (parades, Meet Mickey, etc) and our favourite rides/shows; rather than trying to get the lot done. I'm hoping the extended hours may help out with the crowds???

I just called to make my dinner reservations for next week and I enquired how fully booked the restaurants are and the lovely gentleman on the phone told me that Cafe Mickey and Auberge are really busy, but that everywhere else is quite quiet! So hopefully it is just that the people that have booked all wanted to go to the same place! xxx

Oo that's good to know as I keep changing my mind on which days to do what so haven't got round to calling reservations yet! Thanks :goodvibes
