Just took advantage of the Disney offers and got a bargain

I had originally booked a room at the Wilderness Lodge for my niece and I for 8 nights from 11 December. I noticed the offers available and called Disney in the US and a kindly man found me a room at the POLYNESIAN for $2,267.22. What a bargain and I finally get to stay there!!!!

Am so happy at the moment that I just wanted to share it

Can you not book with Disney US on the website for the offers yet? I ran a quote but none of the discounts or free dining promotions are advertised on there - and they are certainly not showing on the quotes!

I rang them yesterday and got the correct quote. The UK site was showing the discount last night.

For 8 days the US (actual person) quote was $2,200 ish and the UK site quoted £1,850 ish. So a slight saving, I just like dealing directly with the US as they are so helpful, basically I asked him where I could get a good deal and he came up with a few and I picked the Poly.

Thanks Tina. I am suspecting I will save through the US because it allows me to book and pay for the room per night, whereas a UK package places my 8 year old as the second adult .....! I will still buy the ultimate tickets from the UK and either get a room discount or FD (in which case 2x 2 day base tickets from US).
