Just the two of us- WDW May 09 countdown on! **UPDATE Trying to change plans AGAIN!**

Hey try making reservations. So far I have gotten mine for the 10th and 11th. It seems they are adding the plus ten to the front of your reservation. It only gets one day at a time, but hey I have gotten exactly what I want and when I want thus far.

Mr Glasses will be M from now on since that is the first letter in his first name lol. I don't want to type out Mr Glasses anymore!

M and I have been texting for a couple hours


Anyway, got my paper written. Its my rough draft. I'll attach it if anyone is interesed in reading and critiqueing!

Now, time to work on those hours and ADRs!!

I need help I made my spreadsheet to make reading hours easier. I don't remember if I just put my parks schedule on my PTR or I actually had a tentative schedule for ADRs. If I didn't do the latter I now have to go back through and remember which restaurants are in which parks. Auuughh!!


Oh yes, good news to add to the terrible past week. I bought a new phone!! My old one was crap and the ringer was going out. I use my phone as my alarm clock and let me tell you it sucks not hearing an alarm go off in the morning! So.........I bought a Blackberry I LOVE it. I also get my DIS updates on my email so I get to feed the addiction while I am at work now!

Hey I love your paper. My mom and my mother in law are both nurses. I have had some great ones and some terrible ones. I spent months on bedrest with both my babies so I got to know most of the nurses on the ob floor in a way others don't. Wow to sum it up in one word...patience. Good luck!!! I wish I could make a spreadsheet. I have an apple at home and I can't figure it out on the Appleworks program. Hope you have a better week!!! Love your phone...

Okay so I think I will end up going with Southwest for sure. I'm kinda peeved since they are not a participating airline, so I don't know what to do when we arrive for our return flight and how to do the luggage...but they have the only schedule I like. I found a good one with AA but its $220 for one way for both of us PLUS checked bag charges. I didn't want to arrive super early but it looks like this will be our flight and I should be able to book next week.

For both of us we can fly Southwest for $426.00 that's from RDU to MCO non-stop. Southwest doesn't charge for the first two bags

You'll probably be fine to head to Epcot. Do you think Rylan will sleep on the plane at all? If not, you could always head to Epcot for a few hours and then head to your resort in the mid-afternoon (once your room's ready) to relax and take the rest of the night easy.

I just tried to make some ADRs and they have caught on. The CM was COMPLETELY rude and got an attitude with me. So when I told her I knew people that were able to make reservations for the same day she goes "Ok, no, blah blah blah, you can only make them for CM or CRT" and ugh yuck. So I told her "Well thank you for being completely rude, buh bye."

I've had no luck with ADR reservations today either. I've called 4 times, the first two said I had to wait until 2/6 to call even though I explained that I already made reservations for the 7th-11th and was told to call back today for the 12th. The 3rd time I called, I told her I was checking in on the 2nd thinking maybe they would help me then and she said I'd have to wait until 2/11 to make ADR's for the 12th. WHAAAAT? Finally, I called and the CM asked for my resort reservation number (first time I've ever been asked for that) to make the ADR's, but I didn't have it handy so now I need to call again. WhatEVER!!

Ugh they are being super frustrating today! Whatever happened to the 90+10 for resort guests? Every time I call into reservations they ask me for my reservation or confirmation number and I never know, so they pull me up by name and address...

Oh well. I think I have a good idea of where we are going to eat on which day. On arrival day I think we are going to do Coral Reef since we will be in Epcot anyway. Mmmmm I can't wait for the filet!

I thought CM's were supposed to be helpful. A few weeks ago I called to change our reservation (to the current one we have now) and was asked what it would be for seven days..and they asked me "why don't you want to stay longer?" Well for one it's none of their business.

Anyways, I also called for my ADR's when we were going in April and the CM was very rude to me!! Makes you not want to go to WDW.

Ugh!!!I haven't been dealing with them for ADR's though because we have a TA now. She has gotten all of our reservations, though. She said she just has to make them one day at a time so they are at the 100 dark mark when making them.

Nice phone too! I would love to get a fancy cell phone, but I never use mine. I have the pay as you go plan because I can pay $25 for 100 minutes and they last me all year! A new fancy schmancy phone just doesn't make sense for me!

I have some things to send to Rylan this week too. I have bought quite a few things, but I'll probably send a few packages, one from Mickey, one from Manny, one from Pooh and another from Lightning McQueen! Everytime I pick up something little for Emily, I pick up one for Rylan and Tyson too! That reminds me, I need to PM Brandi and get her address!!

I'll be thinking of M tomorrow and hoping everything is favorable so the two of you can get this party started!!

This was the first time I had an unhelpful CM I work in customer service, in a call center, so I don't hesitate to complain if someone is not doing their job right I may be a bad person but if you can't be friendly on the phone then customer service is not the job for you.

Oh lord. I SO would have called back and demanded to speak to a supervisor after being hung up on!!! If I were to ever hang up on a customer I would probably lose my job. All of our calls are recorded so I wouldn't be surprised if Disney recorded theirs as well. Oh well I will just hold off until the 8th as planned and just bombard them early Sunday with my ADRs!

Haha I am addicted to my cell, but we also don't have a home phone- err well we didn't until my dad just had one hooked up. I can't imagine life without my cell! How terrible is that

Oh yay, Rylan will adore any Manny or Mickey presents! I got so much stuff for Tyson and Emily and spent well under $15 for each! I had been trying to find the last item for Emily's package since I already had Tyson's and while at Walmart last night I saw it marked down 50%!

Thanks for keeping M in your prayers I am going to text him in the morning and wish him luck. Actually, I don't have to work until 1pm tomorrow so I will probably just email him now. He said Friday he still had to call the doctor so I don't know if he is getting in tomorrow. Crappy news was that he said he was considering retaking his LSATs and applying for law school at Notre Dame again. to that! lol, he should stay in Indy. Ya know- where a certain someone who's name begins with K lives!

I'm in customer service too...work form home and activate pay as you go cell phones, which can be very challenging at time. So much stuff to remember too. But you're right, if you're in customer service you have to be pleasant or else what's the point!!
