Just the two of us questions

This will be the first time dh and I have gone to UO by ourselves. We are staying for 5 nights at RP and I want this trip to be as romantic and fun as possible. Right now I have ressies for Emeril's but was thinking of changing to Tchoup Chop. Which is better? That Hawaiian platter looks great! We are also spending a day at Discovery Cove so will probably go to Sea World too. Would you recommend a car for the 5 nights or is there a shuttle to get to those places? Any other suggestions would be very much appreciated! The hotel doesn't have a romance package by chance, does it??? Thanks for your help!
By the way, we have gone twice with our younger children so we are familiar with the parks.

I would recommend Tchoup Chop over Emeril's. We enjoyed the food at both restaurants, but we liked the atmosphere at Tchoup Chop better.

I would rent a car for five days. It gives you a lot more flexibility.
