Thank you!!! I think that is the number I called yesterday when the cm told me if there was a code attached I would have gotten an email or something in the mail..... Last time I called he was more than happy to look plus try to see if it was under someone else's name in my house that would be going...there wasnt but at least he looked or attempted...lol

I know, it seems like it just depends on what CM you get. Some are willing to help, others are not. If I don't get one that will help me I just call back at another time.

That is sooo true! I've posted on here a few times that my mom (who lives with me) got a 40% off code last fall that was good for select dates in 2009. Again she does actually live with me, I support her for the most part, and it was mailed to my address. My mom had no interest in going back to WDW, but I have three trips planned between now and the end of the year. I made multiple calls trying to use the PIN, since it had afterall been sent to my address and mom does live with me. Every time I was told that even though she lives with me, that the code was hers and I could not use it unless she was going on the trip. I kept reading on here how people were using the same exact code that had been sent to people not even living with them. Anyway, I decided to try one last time before the code expired at the end of March and finally got a CM who said it would not be a problem using the code as the code was actually assigned to our household, not just my mom. It took several months of calls, but I finally got my Dec room at CSR for 40% off.
