We've been to WDW several times, never had a PS... until NOW!
YAY!!!
We are bringing the MIL, FIL, & BIL for thier first time ever and wanted to do it right. Also taking DS6, DD3 and DS1 for some quality family time.
We have PS at Portabello Yacht Club in DTD for the first night, Crystal Palace in MK for night 2, Nine Dragons in EP for night 3, and Hollywood & Vine for the Fantasmic package for night 4. We got great times too, according to Tour Guide Mike! I was suprised since we are less than 45 days away.
We have only eaten in Portabello before, none of the others, so I hope they will be good - I'm sure they will.
I am getting more excited every day - I can't wait!!!!

The only small concern I have with your plan is H&V ,it has been getting some bad reviews of late.Don't let me bring you down though,we ate there 5 years ago and enjoyed it.
