Just saved $66.90 on my trip

I changed from a preferred room to a standard. DS did not really want to stay at the 60s building.

So which is the best building for the standard rooms?

from Pop Century and stayed in the 50's building - It was great! I had been hoping for an 80's room, but 50's was all they had. We were in room 2134 and it was nice and quiet. The only sound we heard was the turbo toilet in the next room once at night. It was a rather long walk to the bus stop and main building, but right next to the 50's parking lot.

We stayed at POP in April. We had the 90's building. I was against staying in the 90's because it wasthe farthest away, but it actually was good for us because you can cut through the parking lot to get to the bus stop and main building. There is a pool at the 90's buildings but it does lack character compared to the other pools at this resort.

I was at Pop in May and had a great location in the 70's. We were in the building right next to the food court/bus stops, just steps away from the stairs. I think we were closer there than being in the 60's buildings and we didn't have to pay extra for it!

So glad you changed to the regular hotel room. That's another big savings for your trip. Have you ever looked at Mousesavers web site? There are many terrific ideas and I am sure you can find many more ways to save!! If you want to pretty much eliminate your cost for transportation to the Pop Century, consider taking the bus. It looks like it would only be about $2.50 for both you and your son. (It only takes about an hour and a half! I've been on the Mears shuttle for much longer than that!)
