although we only had one REAL reservation at Crystal Palace, we did walk into Biergarten with no wait...BUT
we almost (missed by a few minutes) a walkin to Le Cellier......so if you dont have a ressie and want to go someplace......walk up to the podium and ASK...they do have cancellations that do not go to reservation central and you MAY do it....

I agree. We have eaten lunch at Le Cellier on many occasions without ADR's. It may end up being earlier or later than we would have normally liked, but we've been very lucky at that particular spot. It never hurts to ask. To avoid heartbreak, ADR's are always a good idea. But if your group is flexible, spontaneous and not picky, it can still work out without them.
