We had tickets for Cirque and debated on using an in-room sitter. We had friends staying across the hall but they were not able to keep the baby all night but were there most of the evening so I felt better. We decided on KNO because they go through Disney training as well as all the other security (finger prints etc)

Eva Velasquez (sp?) arrived a few minutes late (had wrong room number but easily resolved with them calling us). DS was a bit timid but we all sat down together and she pulled out 2 balls from her bag (his favorite toy) and he started to play with her while she asked all their questions (allergies, food etc) He had been up with us late every night since he was sleeping with us so I told her whatever she could get him to do regarding bed time. I laid a blanket on the floor in the familiy room area (1bdrm villa) just incase. She was very nice and I felt very comfortable with her. She took him around the bar and to play and signaled for us to go. We enjoyed our evening and returned around 11:20pm. She reported he went to bed around 8:00 (on the blanket) and never cried. My friend reports she went to the door and listened in around 8:30 and heard nothing :)

It was not an easy decision to use and not right for everyone but I felt good in my decision and would recommend them. They are more hourly but have a smaller transport fee and like I said I liked he Disney training.

Thanks for the information. Did you have to book in advance or did you call the same day?

I'm glad you had a good experience! I think next time I'd use them because I feel better about their disney sanctioned status.

Yes, thank you for the firsthand report. It's good to know. I'm glad your experience was a good one.

We called on Jan 10th for service on the 14th. They have a 24hr cancellation policy. They were more expensive than their top competitor but I don't believe in going 'discount' on childcare...although I've heard only positives regarding FG as well. I was very happy with our choice and will use them again.

Can you tell us what the cost was for this service? I am very interested in having a night out and the kids clubs at $30 an hour for our three just seems insane!! Thanks!

hi we are going to the DW in july(10-21) We have 5 kids ages 12,11,10,8,&6) i sent the kids night out an email asking about prices and since there was 5 kids and i was quoted $24.00 and hour, plus the $8 traveling fee. they said that normally 1 sitter can only handle 4 kids but becuase of the ages they could accomodate us.
hope that helps anyone

Does anyone know if any of the services will go to the Fort. We are camping in our Travel Trailer. We will be there for DH and my 14th anniversary and may want to enjoy an "adult" dinner that evening. DD will be 11, so she really only needs a companion, not a sitter.
