My DW and I just returned from a quick four night stay in a studio at BCV. We checked in at about 5:00 pm on Tuesday. No line at the check-in counter, and got a "welcome home" from the cm. Our studio was # 355, close to the pool elevator and the ice-maker room. A little further from the main elevator. The room was clean and everything was in place - perfection.
From our patio we could see the top of Spaceship Earth, The Land, Imagination and Japan. We could also see the highest of the illuminations fireworks. The fireworks were quite loud, even with the patio door closed. When we first checked in, from the patio I could hear The Beatles playing in the United Kingdom.
The road noise is not really noticable, and not too bad with the patio door open. Traffic was pretty light on the road while we were there. The room was very quite. The room next door was marked Cast Members Only, and the room across the hall was marked Telephone Electrical Room.
The bath water was hot enough for us, but did not have a much pressure. The AC seemed to work fine. The walk to Epcot was less than ten minutes, and was quite pleasant.
We got a "welcome Home " from the DVC info desk at BCV and toured the model rooms. We were given a BCV pin during the tour.
The weather was fantastic! High around seventy and lows in the fortys with lots of sunshine, and slightly warmer on Friday and Saturday.
This was our first DVC stay as members, and our first stay in the Epcot Resorts Area. It was truly magical. The epcot resorts area offers almost anything you could want. We have a two bedroom at BCV reserved for later this year and cannot wait to return.

We stayed on the 3rd floor in Nov. 02, and were probably only a room or two away from yours, it was a studio. There has been a lot of talk about noise from that road, but it didnt bother us at all!. And we LOVED being able to see the fireworks. It was our first trip home and we got a big "Welcome Home" from the DVC guide in the lobby too.

Definitely left a good impression! We are back again next week (although in BWV, cause BVC was booked) and again in October!!!

Can't wait!!!

I just reserved a BCV studio for Sept. CAN'T WAIT! We stayed at the Dolphin during our last trip and fell in love with the Boardwalk area (however DH is insisting on VWL for May trip...he's enthralled with that resort).

SAB looks fabulous as does the resort. We requested 5th floor, Epcot view...but I am not picky as long as it's not parking lot view, I will be happy.

I stayed there in November, and my studio was probably a few doors from yours-#339. Yes, the Illuminations fireworks were loud-I taped them and jokingly refer to the tape as "the bombing of Epcot" because all you can hear is the loud "boom"s and see the flashes. I absolutely loved it there, came home and added on 100 points (had to convince DH with my list of "Why we need 100 BCV points-now"). Isn't it great? Can't wait to go back!
