Just Reassure me, please

January 2021.. I am planning to stay at POP, take the skyliner over to Epcot/Boardwalk for a 9ish am breakfast.. Will the Epcot Skyliner be running at 8 am? I totally failed to check and see if it was running that early since the HS line was packed at 8 am daily on our last visit.
Or should I just Uber to Boardwalk that early?

It will depend on park hours at that time. None of the Skyliner lines are running at 8am now (parks opening at 10 and 11am).

You may want to check with the resort to see how they are handling the guests with early ADRs.
