Just realized parade taping (fri) and CRT ressie on same morning. What can we expect?

Was excited 6 mos. ago to get CRT for 9:15 breakfast and now realize parade taping begins that morning. I have a feeling it will be a complete zoo! Anybody have any experiences or ideas to share?

I have been on the Friday of the celebrity tapings at the Castle front for the Christmas parade and it didn't affect anything at MK crowdwise except right in front of the castle.

I really wouldn't worry about it. You probably won't even notice it, except that you'll have to go around the castle instead of through it and unless you look in front of the castle to see what they are currently taping.

Friday, November 30 - in front of the castle (singers, dancers etc...on the castle stage).

Saturday, Dec 1 - Regis and Kelly and the floats.

Sunday, Dec 2 - anything they didn't get to.

They also tape various tidbits here and there throughout WDW on the days surrounding these 3 days at MK.

You need not worry. There will be a bunch of people, lots of 'em, in Christmas garb, standing around in front of the castle.....for a looooong time.......clapping, barking and jumping through hoops on command........for hours on end. Maybe there will be bits and pieces of actual celebrity performances thrown in. Unless you want to be part of that crowd, the taping on Friday will have no effect on you, especially on your CRT breakfast. That time of year the front of the castle is blocked off to create a stage used for Christmas shows, so you'll have to walk around to the back of the castle via one of the side walkways, but that's no big deal.

Not too difficult, just working your way through to the Castle will be what you will deal with.
