and it was his last day!! I cried like a baby:sad1: Off to big school in August

I have been so lucky to be able to stay at home with my kids for the last 7 years and now I don't know what I will do!! Back to work - but who will have me after all this time?

Off to have some cake - its the Summer Holidays :yay:

 The milestones can be a lot more traumatic for mums than for children.

I know a place that will employ you - a school! The hours are great, the pay is lousy.

Enjoy them while they are young Jackie - they grow up way too fast !!

(My youngest has just left Secondary School and starts Uni in September).

Would love to do that as I help out a couple of hours a week at DDs school but in our town those jobs are very rare:confused:

Hugs to you Jackie:hug: :hugs Enjoy your summer first Jackie:thumbsup2

I know I'll be the same on DD's last day at nursery and her 'big school' is in the same building :lmao:

 Have a great summer

This is a very emotional time of year for parents - and teachers! Just howled myself this afternoon because one of my children is going on holiday tomorrow and wont be back before the end of term. What am I going to be like when they all leave me in two weeks time?!

Sending you hugs.

Sara. :)

Mums and teacher (possibly Dads) - we are a funny lot......

I sometimes think that we get more upset by these things than the children.

Have a great summer holiday and worry about what you will do with you extra time in September. I have found that the things that you have to do expand to fill the time!!!

two of my minded children are leaving at the end of august :sad2: off to big school.
i will be so sad to see them go.i know i will end up in floods of tears

Aww :grouphug: I know just how you are feeling my DS is off to 'big school' in September I've got to attend his 'leavers service' next week. I swear it is aimed to make you cry :)
