Congrats on passing ROFR. You still have a few more hurdles to clear, and if your threads about your search for a contract are any indication, any one of these hurdles may very well drive you mad.
To lay it out for you in rough terms, you're going to have to wait a few weeks to get closing documents. You will probably turn yours around within the hour but you'll still have to wait for the seller to send in theirs, usually about a week. Then you'll have to wait for the deed to be recorded with Orange County, which only takes a few days. Then you'll have to wait for
DVC to be notified, again another few days. From there it's about 10 days until your membership is created and another 1-3 days before points are loaded into the system. If this is your first contract you won't have online access, which means that you have to wait for the membership materials to be sent to you in the mail, about another 1-2 weeks. However, my guess is that you'll want to call MS to bypass that two week wait, and I don't blame you. There's nothing that they can do for you until they process your paperwork and create your account, and this is a process that is done strictly by the date that DVC is notified of the transfer. You're going to want to call every day, but trust me when I tell you, it's not going to get you anywhere. My best advice is to wait exactly 10 days from the day Disney has been notified of the transfer (your closing company will provide you with this date) and call then. That's where you're likely to get some real movement.
Sorry if this sounds like a bummer, but I'm just trying to lay the process out for you so that you don't

from stress over the next month or so.
