This is what I have heard.
When we stay at the GF the Mousekeeper told us that they put new robes (freshly cleaned ones) in the rooms each time someone checks out.
As for the comforters, we always pull ours completely down and inspect the inside for soiled marks. If there are, we fold it up and put it ouside the door. The next day there is usually a newly cleaned one on the bed without soiled marks. This our way of not being a pain and politely indicating that we would like a new bed spread.
After seeing some of them, I am surprised that they don't change between guests.
You can call whoever placed your reservation and have them put in there that you would like "Fresh linen's, bed spread and robes".
The people at the YC told me that they get that all the time and it's no big deal.
Just make sure you bring you lysol, lysol wipes and your own pillow.
Have fun.
