Just got onto ticketmania and bought a special deal through Mousesavers for my 5 day hopper plus with 4 pluses, got my 5 days for the price of 2 with US/IOA, and BOGOF day Seaworld tickets also from Ticketmania.
Just waiting to hear back for a price for 2004 for DC and work out where we want to get ps's for meals and that's me done!!

I know where your're coming from through.

I don't know what you could mean, I'm as sane as they come (NOT!!)
Well, OK , maybe just a little.
That's probably why my lads walk 5 paces behind me while we are out in public and they're only 6 & 7 yrs!!
But isn't it soo exciting when the Disney tickets arrive in the post and you get to squabble over who gets which picture card???
Maybe i need therapy for these reoccuring Disney spells?:teeth:

THANK GOD IT'S NOT JUST ME!!
I AM GOING IN FEB ON MY 5TH TRIP IN 4 YEARS, AND YES I HAVE THE BUG BIG STYLE. WHAT IS NICE THIS TIME IS THAT I AM TAKING MY DAD, HIS WIFE AND MY HALF SISTER WHO IS 10, IT IS NOT AS DISFUNCTIONAL AS IT SOUNDS, I AM 27, PA IS 46, STEP MA IS 34 ............. OR MAYBE IT IS!!

THEY HAVE NEVER BEEN TO THE US BEFORE, DAD LIKES THE MED! BUT AMI (10) AND I HAVE MANAGED TO CONVINCE THEM AND NOW THEY ARE GETTING EXCITED. WE ARE DOING THE VILLA THING SO WILL BE QUITE RELAXING TOO AS WE ARE GOING FOR 3 WEEKS.

I HAVNT BOOKED PARK TICKETD YET, STILL RESEARCHING (AND LUVIN EVERY MINUTE OF IT!)

ALL OF THE KIDS ARE SICK OF ME AND ARE QUITE LAID BACK ABOUT IT ALL. EXAMPLE OF TYPICAL CONVERSATION BELOW.....

"NOW THEN KIDS LETS TALK AGAIN ABOUT YOUR FAVOURITE RIDE AND WHERE YOU WANT TO GO FIRST"

"MUUUUM I'M TRYING TO WATCH TV GO AND PLAY ON YOUR COMPUTER"

"OOOH COME ON DO YOU THING MAGIC OR ANIMAL FIRST, OR MAYBE EPCOT, WHAT DO YOU THINK?"

"MUM YOU ARE DOIN ME EAD IN"

:bounce: :bounce: :bounce:

I understand your delight at buying the tickets - makes it seem so much closer! One thing though, you said you were waiting for prices for DC - if that is Discovery Cove did you know that you usually get 7 days free at sea World with those tickets?
Wendy
PS Netty, Mousesavers is a wonderful website set up by Mary Waring and she gets great deals on tickets. Her website is

Sign up for emails as she sends you even better deals

Lin,Great news:p

Even though you're a bit subdued now,I'm sure you'll get excited nearer the time!;)

Hello everyone it's me again.
Just got my booking for DC.
Will be swimming on January 26th.:p
Not all our group (12) will be doing this so that's why we have got 7 Seaworld tickets as well.
*********STOP PRESS!!!******************
I've only gone and done it again:eek:
I went on the Bon Voyage site and booked Virgin flights for next Christmas- 27th 'till 6th Jan:tongue:
We did plan on staying the 10 nights at The All Stars but it's too early to book.
The boys know nothing of this trip, we're just going to have a nice Christmas day and whisk them off on boxing day to stay the night before at The Hilton Gatwick.
Has anyone ever stayed at The All Stars? Just wondering if it would be too cramped.
We usually do the villa option but DH Paul fancies a Disney Hotel for a treat.( I think a villa would be nicer)
He is convinced that the park ticket is included but I don't agree, which of us is right?
I know you get free soft drink re-fills at the hotel, does this work at the parks as well?
2 trips in a year? I can't beleive it. I was a bit silly really, I should have bought AP's- I might do it anyway for the Christmas trip as we plan to go in late 2005 anyway.

Congratulations on booking another trip! If you are used to being in a villa the All Stars will be cramped - it is usually only the 2 of us which works out fine for us. They are very basic - no fridge or anything included. However you do get the disney magic.
Depends who you book with whether the tickets are included and to get the free refills you have to buy the mug - I think it is about $10 - and that is only at the hotel.
However that week is very busy and being onsite will make it easier - you will be guaranteed access to the parks when others may be "locked out". However what they often say for New Years Eve is you are guaranteed access to a park - not necessarily the one you want! Sounds complicated but it isn't.
Can you adopt me please!
Wendy

LINCLAIRE,
How much did your 5(+4) park hoppers end up being in sterling?
We got ours from Ticketmania through the Mousesavers link but the poorer than expected exchange rate and CC commission meant we could have actually got them about 3 quid a piece cheaper from Toucan

Sweeney:jester:

Sweeney,
When I purchased my 5+4 tickets, my credit card showed that they were £162.55 each for adults.
Lin

You did better than us there Lin. Ours came back at a whisker under £167. We made a substantial saving though on our Flex tickets. Swings 'n roundabouts I suppose!

Sweeney:jester:

you can go on forever trying to get the best deals.
I thought that my discovery cove bookings worked out at £152 each but when my statement came back, I had in fact paid £159.
i ordered 4 for some of my family and i have lost out by £28.
i haven't the heart to tell them that i made a mistake and i have already had the £152 off each of them.
Oh well that'll teach me to use currency converters!!!
