Literally just docked at PC on the 3/12 Fantasy sailing, and I can help with some of these! Even some of the CMs were surprised by the overnight changes, especially things like some of the Pirate activities, etc!
We sailed a couple of months ago, and let me just say that the changing of the mask requirements opened up a wonderful floodgate. This cruise was SO much closer to what we’ve missed.
We knew pirate parties weren’t happening, but we really weren’t sure since the mask policy changed on the 11th. Before we got on the ship, we had no idea about the policy change with the Oceaneer Club and they even updated the schedule to two shows while we were eating lunch. So, you never really know what will happen until you board

Just look at the Navigator app to see what is happening around the ship!
On our sailing, pirate night wasn’t announced in advance - but was back, in large part. Fireworks were still not pirate themed, nor was there a deck party (though there was a “dance on your dot” character dance party later in the week, which we opted not to bother with). No buffet, either, of course
Dinner was pirate themed though, as were many trivias, crafts, game shows, etc.
Was the Skyline Lounge open regular hours now just not for beverage tasting classes?
Open for regular hours, here! We were so bummed by this in December, and glad to see it back.
Exciting to see things moving back towards normal! We sail on the Dream June 3, 2022, so I am really hoping by then they will have the regular 3 shows back and the pirate night deck party. I think I saw where the Fantasy just got to have that? That would be so great.
No deck party yet (except dance party, sort of - see above). But we did have Aladdin, Frozen, Believe, AND variety acts were back!
