Just my uninformed observation

Just back from the World, and in staying at OKW, we went to the MK, passing by the STOL strip. The rumors I've heard are that a) it is the staging area for the new CRV construction or b) that is the future location of the new on the epcot monorail DVC resort. I saw plenty of trailers there, but no construction - earth moving equipment what so ever. Now, I'm sure I am reading into it what I want, but wouldn't there be some sort of earth moving equipment if they are breaking new ground? Perhaps it's just too early?

I was assured, however, by a bus driver that CRV was a go - so with that I dug $1.29 out of my pocket and bought a cup of coffee .

I think the rumours are that it will be either a staging area for CR DVC or contstruction site for DVC on STOL. So nothing yet. There have been hints of this fall.

My new guide hinted there could be an annoucement of some sort later this fall. We are considering buying additional time share interests... either Marriott or more Disney. I don't want to buy SSR, but would buy a new monorail resort. So I'm in a holding pattern for a while waiting to see if Disney is truly going to build a monorail resort.
