Hey all, I'm a 28-year-old single male that just moved to Orlando. Bought an Annual Pass first thing and I am hitting the parks regularly, but I'm always looking to meet new people/Disney fanatics. I'm free most evenings and weekends and am up for any park at any time.

Anyone interested in hanging out and/or breaking the monotony of a solo trip, feel free to PM me for more info.

well welcome to the board!! feel free to wander over to the singles social club thread where we're always out to have a good time and plan all kinds of meet ups. one or many of us are down there throughout the year from all over and love meeting new people to hang out with and yes most of us do travel solo. ;)

You should befriend cast members. It is pretty easy... Almost every bar around property is full of them. As in, surrounds property. Most property bars are going to be a high percentage of guests, but those outside property are going to be cast populated. They live there, many have an interest in Disney (you would be surprised how many don't), and I am sure many are looking for friends outside of Disney. You can spot a Disney costume pretty easily (even though they won't be wearing the whole thing, probably just the bottom half) so walk up and strike a conversation. It has been a while since I lived there, or else I would give you specific names of places to go. Pleasure Island used to be the best place to find a CM on their time off. No longer...

Even in the parks, if you find someone friendly, strike up a convo if they are not too busy paying attention to their job. Let Disney be the jumping point though, there is just so much one can take of the subject when they work there. ha.
