Just made my FP+s, critique my plan?

This was my first time making FP+ and it kicked my butt, TBH.

Info on my group:
Me and Dh plus our three kids (11, 9, 2). My mom will be with us for three days of touring. We are split stay on site for 5 days, off for 2, so my FP+s are only for my on site days so far. I haven't made any reservations for arrival day because we are unsure of when we will arrive (could be really late, or we may come a day earlier than we originally planned). We are NOT thrill seekers. My DD2 is Frozen OBSESSED and we love shows, parades, and the slower-paced rides with nostalgia. We also love to eat and it's my DD1's birthday during our trip. Here is what I have so far:

April 8th, arrival day
(playing fast and loose with this one)
April 9th: Split AK/DHS day

• Arrive to AK at rope drop
• Kilimanjaro Safari
• Tusker House breakfast ADR 10:45am

Depart AK (we are driving, so we'll have a car) and travel to DHS

• Frozen sing along (me, grandma, two year old) FP+ 1:05-1:20
• Star Tours (Dad and big kids) FP+ 1:40-2:40
• Toy Story Midway Mania FP+ 2:55-3:55

Assuming the Star Wars fireworks haven't been extended, we'll depart DHS to eat a cheaper dinner and swim at the resort.

April 10th: DD1's BIRTHDAY! MK day 1

• Arrive to MK at rope drop
• Small world
• Mickey's Philharmagic
• BOG lunch ADR at 11:35am
• Enchanted Tales with Belle FP+ 2-3pm
• Anna & Elsa M&G FP+ 3:10-4:10

Depart MK and rest at resort.

• Sanaa ADR for dinner 6:50pm
• Savanna viewing and marshmallow roast at AKL (our favorite resort)

April 11th: Epcot Day 1

• Arrive at Rope Drop
• Turtle Talk with Crush
• Main tanks viewing
• The seas with Nemo and Friends FP+ 11:40-12:40
• Spaceship Earth FP+ 1:20-2:20
• Lunch break (probably one of the pop up food counters for F&G)
• Test Track FP+ (Dad and big kids) 2:50-3:50
• Leisurely touring of World Showcase
• Depart as desired to resort (maybe check out other resorts this evening)

April 12th: MK day 2 (grandma departure day, check out of resort)

• Check out of AS-Sports
• Chef Mickey's ADR "breakfast" 11 AM
• travel to MK
• 7DMT FP+ 12pm-1pm
• PPF FP+ 1:15-2:25pm
• Meet Ariel FP+ 2:30-3:30
• Depart MK, check into off site resort
• Travel to GF for dinner at Gasparilla's and Wishes viewing at beach

April 13th: FLEX Day

April 14th: FLEX Day

I can't make FP+ reservations for the 13th or 14th until 30 days out. What should I make? Anything above I should change? An ADR I should add? I think I should also add FP+ options for the 8th since there is a good chance we will go ahead and arrive a day early so we can have an extra day at the parks. What should I add? Which park? TIA!

It seems really geared toward the 1, turning 2 year old. the 9 and 11 year old don't want to do: Pirates, Haunted Mansion, Splash Mountain, Thunder Mountain? Your first day at Mk, you only have 2 fp+? you may as well get a 3rd....

On the 9th, it looks like you have one more FP+ to book since you're splitting up your group between Frozen and Star Tours. Maybe you could add Disney Jr or Beauty and the Beast? I've not seen either but you mentioned liking shows.

It also looks like you have a FP+ to add for the 10th at MK. Maybe you could try Jungle Cruise or Pirates or Winnie the Pooh or Speedway (or split your group again to appeal to the older and younger kids).

For your flex days, I would honestly seek the input from your family. What do they want to do again/more of?

My big kids have been twice already and this is DD2's first trip. BTMRR is closed during our visit and my big kids are too scared of the other rides you mentioned.

I do need to add a 3rd Fp, but not sure what to add that works with our schedule. We likely won't visit adventureland or frontierland at all, actually.

actually, I'm having a problem with this on the website. It won't let me make another selection even though some of my party only has 2 FP+s for that day (since only the big kids and daddy are doing star tours.) Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong?

One - I think you will be able to book 13th and 14th 60 days out from those days. In my research, it seems that if you do an onsite first, then an offsite, this is the rule.

Two - I agree with PP, if you are splitting the FP at DHS, you should be able to book another and your DH, as well. I think you just modify the star tours one for yourself, grandma, and child to something you want. And then modify the frozen sing along one for the others to something they want? I haven't actually booked FP+ (my first foray will be in April) but I've done quite a bit of research the past few days.
