Just made BOG ADR for lunch

I was able to book us in this morning for our party of 36 people. Planned on logging on for 6 am, but the wifey woke me up early in a panic after seeing other folks booking earlier than 6!

Just looking over my confirmation email and notice that it has "null" beside the Quick Service entitlements and "1" for all other dining plans. I thought the lunch was a quick service credit, no?
 
At this point i would call every hour to 407-939-3463 and see if the system is up. as for a list, there isnt one to put your name on, people to eat at disney isnt a problem and they dont need that lol.

Except the number continues to have error messages - temporarily out of service, the wireless caller you are trying to reach is unavailable, a busy signal.... the numbers are about as ineffective as the online booking system right now.:sad2:
 
Is something up with the site? My whole week is booked but then I picked about 20 days throughout may June and July. Every one competely booked. Can't possibly be booked very day all day already.

Is it just a normal ADR through website or app?
 
MDE finally updated with my reservation details, looks like the jam has cleared and the problem has been resolved for a lot of people
 

Tried right away at 6AM and when I made it to the final page it would say error and it did not go through. Or so I thought, just checked my reservations and there it is :) YAY! Check your reservations if this happened to you too!
Well, if that happened to me, I have every single time slot for a party of 5 booked on April 9, lol!
 
My reservation finally appeared in MDE. I'm going to wait until tomorrow to add or delete any ADRs just to make sure.

It is very possible at this point. However, there are also problems with the site. Looks like a lot of People have multiple reservations booked. Keep checking.
 
2 of the 3 reservations I have managed to book are now showing but it wont let me cancel any! I think the site has gone crazy as ended up with 2 confirmations on the same day with 5 mins apart times and both are showing on my reservation. I will have to try tomorrow to cancel the extras it seems to have booked. I assume that was because it kept erroring at the last stage :mad:

It is also still showing my Wave reservation I cancelled and had confirmation on cancelling so its all rather strange today

OMG...It did happen to me! I have reservations for 5 on April 9 at 10:40am, 11:05am, and 12:45pm! I'll be canceling 2 of them for sure, but I'm waiting a few days to let the system chill out a bit. What a crazy turn of events!

And if you get through they just tell you they can't access the system due to an "enhancement".

I haven't done this in more than two years. Nice to know nothing's changed. ;-)
 
Anyone here care to help a newbie? If I'm trying to get a lunch reservation on May 21st and the website says there's no tables available, what's my best option? How do I find a cancellation? Is there a wait list?

how can every single line at disney be busy. dvc is even busy. i emailed someone i know to see what they can do.

also curious- at 6am when we were all trying to book, many of us got a message that we are already booked and could not make another reservation even though we only go up to the error page. Have these people found a reservation in the MDE? Still nothing on my end for my MDE. logged out and logged back in. Nothing. Very very sad :(
 
No matter what day in he next 180 I pick it is booked. Everything can't be booked every day for 180 days at this point.

DVC is busy because bookings for the Poly were supposed to open up this morning. Dumb timing on Disney's part. That isn't going any better than BOG reservations are.
 
I thought the system hung up on me at 6:00am this morning, but the reservation with a confirmation number appeared in my list! Yay!
 
I wonder if people's dup reservations that overlap time slots will get cancelled When the auto cancellation system runS tonight.
 
I FINALLY got thru since 7am this morning. CM stated system is still down for them and they are waiting to be told they can log in. I asked about the errors this morning and she said "some are going thru, most have not. Try back later"
