Our trip is next week and my DH just had a pretty serious unexpected surgery on his jaw in mid October. Check up last week with info that he is on soft foods for a good while longer.
We have many dining reservations and a lot of them are buffets. However he was sooo looking forward to his steak at LeCellier and his meal at BOG. Anyone have any clue or ideas if there are any special preparations that could be done for him. I know a steak is not soft foods. Dr said if it was cut into tiny pieces he could try to eat it. I feel so bad for him.
Thankful for any tips.
