Just Home from Carribean Beach

I just returned home from a week's stay at Carribean Beach with some complaints. My friends had missing clothes that were obviously with us on the trip - they'd been worn! However, my complaint is this: one night after ordering towels before leaving for the pool, my friend and I returned five minutes later to find ice perfectly laid out in my bed, and all across it. She and I were the only ones who'd had our keys on us, so it couldn't have been any of the other friends - their keys were on the table. We had asked the maid to come back later a few days before as we were getting dressed and making some calls to restaurants, however she was extremely persistent in knocking every other minute and standing outside the room's windows. This leads me to believe that the made purposely put ice in the bed - nonetheless stole clothing - as revenge. Has anyone ever heard of a situation such as this before? This has never occured to me once on Disney property, and I am extremely disappointed. I'm trying not to jump to conclusions, but this seems the most obvious.

Stayed there last year, very disappointed, rooms were very worn & dirty, food was terrible and expensive. Stayed at Hilton in Downtown Disney, had a parlor suite, hotel was great.
