I finally feel like it's time to add a ticker to countdown to DH coming home from Iraq. We hit the one year mark last week, and we know he will most likely be home sometime in January. So I just put Jan 31st as my date on the ticker. Supposedly it's January 12th that they will leave Iraq, but who knows how long they may be stuck in Kuwait, etc.

I just feel like once school starts in two+ weeks, time will FLY! Fall always seems to go fast.

That countdown feels great doesn't it? I think that's one of the hardest parts of this deployment, not having a definite day to count down to. I guesstimated on mine too, but it's better than nothing!
