Just got the RO discount for general public

On the website, I can't get the end of February dates to work with the special offers link. It only shows dates to February 20. I wanted a few dates after that.

the room only discount is only valid until 2/20/12, so that might be why you can't look for dates after that.

This Jan/Feb room only is only good for stays until up to and including Feb 20th, thats why your having problems getting a later date

Mousesavers is saying there is a GP discount available through 3/17/2012. I can't find that on Disney's website. Has anyone been able to book a RO discount into March?

Well i'm a little diappointed actually in the discount...usually for us (2 adults), a RO discount is better than free dining, but thats not the case this year
We were spoiled last December (2010), by being able to use a PIN (20,30,40) off of the CR, our first deluxe stay. Dont get me wrong, i'm lucky to be able to afford to go to WDW at all, but really would've loved to be able to afford the CR or my dream resort, the Poly, but the 30% off the poly just won't cut it unfortunately. I'm sure POR will be great (we've stayed before), and we'll have a great vacation at WDW as usual! Good luck to everyone trying to snag their RO discounts!

I just checked and for us the Free Dining is the better deal. So I will stay with our original package. Now if February would just get here!!!

Mousesavers doesn't list a code for the Winter Savings offer but lists one for the Fall Savings offer. I just called to inquire about rates on my existing reservations.

CSR, 2 adults, 2 kids (one 'adult' and one 'kid' for dining): free dining was a better rate for my room

CSR, 2 adults: free dining was a better rate for my brothers room (which I was surprised about, I figured discount would be better, BUT they only had king waterview rooms left, and he is booked in a standard room. If he switched, he would have had a King waterview for quite a lot more)

So kudos to those that lucked out, it is a great deal being offered! Just didn't work out that way for us.
but we are all THRILLED with what we have booked, and now the countdown is on!

I called just after 7 this morning and was able to apply the room only 30% off to our current 6-night reservation at Poly for late January and saved $840! As the DDP does not work for our touring style, I had been waiting for this discount to be announced. Can't wait to get to go - I am more excited than the kids. This will be our third late January trip in a row-really like the low crowds that time of the year.

Mousesavers did list a code (YSG) and it was in what I cut and pasted above. I checked this morning and Mousesavers changed the dates to match what is on the Disney website. Same code, but only through 2/20/2012. Maybe her TA wasn't supposed to release the info yet? I'm glad I didn't share the information with some neighbors who are going in March. They would have been thoroughly confused.
