All of 2004 points available and now banked
Paid 2004 maintenance fees
Seller paid closing costs

Congrats on passing ROFR! ...sounds like a great contract Looks like there might be a new trend developing with resales that the seller pays the closing costs. While I was researching DVC most said that it is customary for the buyer to pay...we didn’t and from what I've read several others haven't either.
