Just got our Welcome Package and Purchase and Sale agreement in mail.

We just got our Membership book and the Purchase and Sale to sign and send back. Did anyone get an attorney to look at this. It looks pretty straight forward.

I love our $6,000 print of the boardwalk and $6,000 backpack. ( I really do).


Do your dues cover taxes or is that seperate> The wording in the purchase and sale was confusing.

You got a print of the Broadwalk?! I am jealous.
I had my brother, an attoney, look over it briefly, he didn't see a problem. To us it just looked like when we bought our house. Congrats! I'm sure you will love it!

First of all,
Welcome Home and congratulations.
Now as for your annual dues,
They are your maintenence fees.
They cover the upkeep of your resort.
Depending on which resort you bought and how many points, the dollar amount for the fee will vary.
They run from $3.00 to $4.10 a point.
The only "Tax" I know of is the tax deduction for the interest if you financed.

Yes, your property tax is included as part of your dues. They are also (most of the time) tax deductible. You will get an end of year statement showing taxes paid.
