I just got off the phone with MS and was told you can put 5 people in any one bedroom but you won't get any extra bedding or towels. I did not know this. She said AKV Jambo, Kidani, and BLT are set up for 5 but you can legally put 5 people in any of them. :thumbsup2 Just thought I would share. :goodvibes

Yes, that's true. Many members bring a small inflatable bed for the floor for that 5th person but must supply their own linens.

Hopefully the referbs will include that sleeper chair like AKV and BLT has to accommodate the 5th person.

This is exciting news for me and I hope others. My kids will be 14, turning 13, and 10 and a one bedroom will be plenty for us. We are a thin family of 5. This opens up SO many more options for us with regard to not having to borrow points and possible better views. :woohoo:

This has been the case for quite a while, but just be aware the same is not true if you are booking a DVC 1BR on cash vs. points. They will not let cash guests put 5 in the room, only DVC MS allows that for points reservations (and I assume DVC discounted cash reservations made thru MS - but I'm not even sure of that).

We'll be using points but it's good to know for peeps paying cash. I don't know how I didn't know or remember this?! :upsidedow
