that was a waste of time. I was on hold forever. I told her I had tickets in December and wanted to know if the pilots went on strike and the airline ceased to operate what happened, did I get a refund or lose my $$$. I figured she would have been asked this all day and would have had something scripted to tell me. Instead she puts me on hold for 15 minutes for a supervisor. Then she comes back and says:
If the pilots go on strike and the airline ceases to operate you can then call for an update. Since they have not gone on strike yet and the airline has not ceased to operate there is no such update at this time.
Very helpful. I am feeling sick right now. I know my flight is not till December, I feel for those of you in the coming weeks, but the Christmas season flights are outrageously priced right now. I had non stop flights at good times for $177 a piece. There are 5 of us. If we lose this $$$ and have to buy more expensive tickets on top of it, well that is not going to be good.
When does Jet Blue start selling for December, anyone know?
