Ok so our Fed Ex package just came and I am finding myself very confused on several fronts. 1st, they spelled my name wrong on everything, I am assuming that now I will have to wait for them to send the correct docs out again? 2nd, it says everything needs to be done within 7 days, well, we are leaving for vacation tomorrow morning, so obviously that isn't going to happen, is this a big deal or not? 3rd and most importantly I am confused on how much they are charging me....We are buying 100 pts at AKV. We are paying cash. We put $500 down plus paid closing costs of $191, so we have paid $691 so far. The price per point is $104, so $10400 total plus $191 closing costs or $10591 of which we have paid $691 so our outstanding balance is $9900. We are supposed to be getting an $8 per point or $800 discount, so our total should be reduced to $9100. The docs mention something about an $800 gift card that will be applied to our balance, but at the same time they are asking us to send them a check for $9900, not $9100. What is up with that??
And finally I did call QA to get all these answers, but had to leave a message and they haven't called back yet...

- We plan to sit down Sunday and sign everything w/ QA but my Guide also told us to call him back so he can help us w/ our first ressie for next year- He is off on Sunday and Monday so I am going to have to call him from work-
We will definitely get all this worked out- I mean I took the time to call and research and chk out these boards in the wee hours of night when I should have been asleep so I am sure we will get things done in a "timely" manner- & Yes the balance due thing is not to alarm you- they take that out afterwards (after you have signed and sent in paperwork) There is no balance due other than what actual subtotal is after all discounts, closings, dp's, etc- My Guide told us up front that the paperwork would say that and it was not a cause for alarm- the office that applies the gift card discount is different from the business office that prepares paperwork- So I am confident that we are okay- I hate the fact that our address was wrong though- & I spoke to our Guide and he still had it correct in his system-
