Just got home today

We just got back from a 5 day stay. It was cold our first day, rained all day on the 2nd and was hot and humid the remaining days, so that was a nice change from Wisconsin weather. The parks were busy, busy, busy.....During the day we spent more time looking around at shops and went to a few hotels, which was nice. At night the crowds were a bit better, but we were surprised at how crowded it was for this time of year. We did run into a couple of tour groups, cheerleaders and another large convention of some sort yesterday at EPCOT.

Still fun, but the waits for the rides were just long if you didn't have a fastpass and since this was a last minute get a away, there were not a ton available when I booked.

All of the cast members we came in contact with were super nice and service at our resort was really good every day (stayed at SSR).

Hoping for another visit in early December.

We actually kind of liked the rain on Saturday morning in MK- I'm a former Floridian so I brought light travel umbrellas. It seemed to keep the crowds lighter (I assume, for a Saturday) and more subdued. I also didn't see a single selfie stick. We hardly needed our fast passes.

We've been here since last Tues. and unlike the OP, found the crowds were not bad at all last week. There are no really 'low' crowd times anymore, but we have been able to almost walk on some rides, and others wait 15-20 min. Was able to get last minute FP's for some of the headliner rides. The weather is 'great' this week - mostly 80's and sunny - will be cooler toward week end - just perfect weather!!
