We had a grate time in WDW and BWV. Parks were pretty crowded for September (although there were no lines for the rides). Lots of Europeans (at times I thought I was in Liverpool). anyway the parks were clean and EVERY CAST MEMBER WAS NICE. Everbody had a smile on and talked to, they wanted to you gave you a sticker, gave directions to the nearest restroom, etc... You knew you were in WDW not some other themepark.
They had a moment of silence at noon on 9/11 the President came on and said a few words most people stopped and paused. We left the parks and then flew home later in the afternoon on 9/11...I have never seen the Orlando airport more deserted in all my trips there!!!! on the plane it was the 5 of us a few business travelers and a bunch of delta pilots (we flew Delta).
I was not nervous at all very un eventfull flight. Security was the tightest I have ever seen, our lugage now glows in the dark now after it sat in the X-ray machine for 2 minutes while they looked at the screen!! Anyway we had a great time.
