from the vacation guide regarding Boardwalk points available for purchase and use Magical Beginnings. Anyone else receive the postcard?

As much as I enjoyed staying at the BW, I think I will wait and see if and when they offer OKW points!

If you are interested in buying OKW points directly from Disney (rather than viw resale), my advice is to call your guide and get on the list (assuming you haven't already done so).

I think the reason postcards are coming re BWV is that DVC has more BWV points to offer right now. That's due to the "conversion" of the sales offices to DVC rooms. The sales offices/models will be moving soon if they haven't already. I don't think we will get postcards or emails about OKW, VWl or HHI, but that's JMHO.

Many of us assume that the recent spurt in buybacks is part of the reason there are points available at the sold out resorts, but in the case of BWV, I think that the majority of the "new" points are coming from the conversion.
