Just Got a Neg Feedback on E-BAY!!

I am sooo P.O'd!!! I listed Express editor pants. I CLEARLY stated the measurements inthe listing, in like size 24 or 36 font.

I just checked my E-bay and the buyer left me neg feedback stating, listing stated pants, but they are capri's, I never would have bought!!

I e-mailed her saying, why on earth would you leave neg feedback without contacting me first?? Do people do this?? If I have a problem..I ALWAYS contact the seller.

I replied to the feedback that the listing clearly in large bold font stated the measurements! Not to mention, they aren't actually capri's they are cropped, but since when aren't capri or cropped pants..well..pants?? ARe they shirts? Are they leggings? Hats??

Last time I checked they were pants.



This is my second neg feedback in over 226. The first one I got b/c of a NPB. I tried contacting her like 5 times, after 2 weeks, no response, no payment, so I reported her as a NPB and she left me Neg.

Yup, people do this. They hope that you'll offer a refund AND let them keep the item in return for them withdrawing the neg. If you want the neg gone, at most I'd offer that you'll refund the item cost (not shiping) once she ships it back to you at her/his own expence. Likely they'll refuse, then you can reply to the neg "Item was as described in listing. Buyer sent neg w/out contacting me first, offered refund for purchase price, buyer declined." This will let future bidders know that you just got dinged by a putz and not to worry about it.
