Do you have to ask a CM if you have a code, or will you automatically be told if you have one attached to your name.......or do you get an e-mail???

CM's don't voluntarily tell anyone anything, ever. You have to ak if there is one associated with your name, others have received them by e-mail and sometimes by snail mail postcard.
