Geez, JR, you're really being bad. There was no excuse to go and basically attack oelpa cuz he/she is from Austria. Things happen to countries that arent the greatest. Then you just have to move on. Oelpa, feel free to visit whenever you want. Just remember that there are plenty of us who arent as "mean-spirited" as others.

I think the point he was trying to make was that perhaps waiting (until we are attacked) and doing nothing isn't the best course of action...
I don't think we want to wait and see what Saddam will do with all of his power and resources if left to his own devices.

I was in no way attacking Austria or anyone from Austria. If you will re-read my post you should see that I was criticizing the rest of the world for letting this happen to Austria, and Poland, and Belgium, etc.
That being said, I'm sorry that this has turned into a debate on the war issue and U.S. policies. My original post only referred to an E-mail I received relative to suggested boycotts of French products, Universal Studios being one of them.
Sorry if anyone took offense.
I agree with oelpa-lets all move on!
