Just for the Halibut ;)

One of my favourite things in the world is a good serving of fish and chips... and, since I never had any at the world, I thought I'd like to pick some up during our upcoming trip at a Quick Service location. We are looking at Cookes of Dublin and also the QS place at UK in Epcot. However, DH doesn't eat Haddock, only Halibut. Does anyone know what kind of fish the fish and chips really is? Thanks!

Fish & Chips made with Halibut is high end. A real treat. You may have a hard time finding it. I am sure if you do it will be delicious! Good Luck.
