I found a link to an article about a man in England who bolted a jet engine to his MIL's wheelchair on a whim. But it worked. He can reach speed of 60 MPH.

I suppose that there have been times that I would have liked to put my MIL in a jet powered wheelchair and send her on her way, but those times have been few and far between.
