We just booked our tickets using this site.
Had a couple of things go wrong.
They(justfly) added on to the price "Extended Travel Protection ".
I made sure this box was unchecked.
Added in the upgrade charge for baggage / pick your seats and perks $15 each ticket.
Had to call and get the travel protection removed, asked about the baggage fee that we paid for.
And they said they would removed the proctection fee but the baggage fee is not add and we would have to do that at check in.
I told her I did a screen shot of every page and it clearly show what I did.
After 20 minutes on the phone the only thing they did was remove the travel protection.

So if you use this site be very careful and do a screenshot.

I do think we will use this site again.

Never book airline tickets via a 3rd party website. I did it once and it caused problems and extra expenses, too.

Use the 3rd party sites to find the cheapest flights if you like, then book those same flights via the airlines' own websites. Never book through a 3rd party site.

Next time I'm going to check the airline web site and book that way,
no more 3rd party sites.

If you just booked today you could cancel. Though there are cancellation fees. If you had cancelled within 4 hours they would have waived cancellation fees.

If a 3rd party site does have a better price that's great. But they don't generally.

Alway, always, ALWAYS book directly on an airline's website, never a 3rd party.
