Does your local Wal-mart offer trick-or-treating this week? Just trying to figure out if this is local or not. Thanks.
 
My Wal-Mart is putting on a small carnival type thing at the local city park. We are a very small town. I believe it is sponsored by the Wal-Mart safety team and is actually on Saturday afternoon.
