Just curious- when did Disney start allowing wagons?

I noticed a few of them for the first time on our late 2017 trip. The numbers had exploded when we went back in late 2018. Not sure about DLR specifically, but I'm guessing a lot of the spread could be attributed to rental companies adding them as an option.

I don't recall seeing any until about 2017 myself either (which makes sense as it looks like they weren't available in the States until then), but I definitely see more every visit as more people learned about the exploitable loophole and rental companies took advantage of that piece of the market.

But yes. Disney now enforcing the wagon ban and closing the loophole now means no wagons are allowed even if rated as a stroller and pushed.
