Just came back from Thor, Disney needs this 3D

The 3D Imax experience for Thor was amazing. I have not seen anything like it really. It has to be seen to be believed.

As I watched the film, I couldn't help thinking that Disney needs to incorporate this. Especially at Philharmagic. The film there is getting tired and I think this would brighten it considerably.

Yes I agree too - THor was just great, would be a great addon for DIsneys entertainment

We were at the midnight showing last night. It was in 3D which honestly didn't do much for me. I'm sure it was a lot better at the Imax theater.

I was a bit disappointed in the movie itself. It needed a little more action and less forced love story. I don't mind having the love story aspect in it if it adds to the movie (i.e. Spider man), but don't force it with a week storyline just for the sake of having it in there.

Philharmagic? Thor has no place in Philharmagic. Philharmagic is for classic animation, not live action/computer generated action flicks. If you revamp Philharmagic you add newer animated movies like The Princess & the Frog and Tangled, you don't add Thor. Thor would be completely out of place in Fantasyland.

Thor should go in DHS, perhaps.

Well I guess I was misunderstood a bit. I meant Philharmagic would benefit from the 3d technology used. Digital imax 3D is really amazing.

How funny! I knew what you meant. It didn't even occur to me that it could sound like you meant they should add Thor to Philharmagic till I read the other poster's replies!
