Just called MS

for the first time to see if I am in the system with my 250 BCV points...... and nobody answered. I am in England and I rang back 10 minutes later and nobody answered again Is this normal? Have I got the wrong number or time? I called on 407-566-3800.

Are there better and worse times to call?

I don't know the direct number but the 800 number is 800-******** and it always works. I've never had to wait.
