Just called HRH and was told it is $50 extra per night to upgrade to Club Level?!

I know it's $35 to upgrade to a suite if you're Loews Gold or Platinum. I was also told recently by the reservationist at Loews hotels that the $35 fee is waived as of May 1...I'm not sure if that's just for Loews Platinum though. Are you gold or platinum? Did HRH say whether or not you could receive a complimentary upgrade to club level if available?

This person said that I will get 1 level room upgrade, not sure that I agree with her. I figured I wll see when we check in. They did say that they should have other rooms available given the time we will be there. I will report after I get back.

What type room do have booked. If it's a standard garden view, then your one level upgrade will be a pool view room.

I am a Loew's Gold member and have reservations at the end of June at PBH in a Deluxe Pool View room. I received a postcard a few months back offering me a free upgrade to a suite if available. Does anyone know what kind of suite upgrade we might get?

Most likely you'll get the Portifino parlour flanked by 1 deluxe room. Or you could get a villa suite just what ever kind is available at check in. You will be so impressed and happy. Have a great trip.

I just got off the phone and was told that Club level was $300 and I am paying $160 with entertainment rate for a deluxe room...

maybe I was told wrong..

anyone else know!!

I have received upgrades to suites and club rooms at the HRH. I am a gold level and have found that the later you check in the more likely the upgrade. That is because they will hold those suites to try and sell them but as the day progresses they are more likely to release them for upgrades. I have gotten a kids suite for the $35 charge and I had the entertainment rate. I have also gotten a free upgrade from the entertainment rate/standard room to the club floor and a free upgrade to a kids suite. They usually try and accomodate upgrade requests for gold level. I am two stays away from platinum and I can't wait to get there!
