Hi!! I decided to buy 200 points to SS last Saturday. My deposit cleared my account MOnday. I got my package today on tuesday. they are fast!! Anyways!! My question is this: when can I start to make reservations? I want to get there!! We are wanting to get SS for the first week in Jan 2006. I am just in the 11 month window now. Can I book now or do I have to wait until officially closed?? I am very excited!! and I love this board!!! I have been lurking and have learned so much!!

I just added on 50 points to my BWV and have only paid the down payment so far and just sent the signed contract back, But I have already used the points to make our stay longer.
Call MS I bet your points are there waiting for you....

thanks! so-if I call tomorrow I should be able to go ahead and book for Jan?? If so-that is awesome! also-we are going to book for SS but are wanting to try Boardwalk for that week once the 7 month window arrives. so-do we make the reservation for Ss and then at 7 months change is Boarwalk is available? am I allowed to do that??

Yes that's what you should do. That way in case you can't get into the BWV, you still have your SSR reservation. Good lcuk.

I bought on a Tuesday at 1:30 and at 4:00 that same day I was able to make my ressies. Part of me buying was that I wanted two studios for a particular week and my guide put them on hold for 24 hours before I decided to buy or not, once bought I just needed my member number and the rooms were booked. We are waiting for seven months thought to try and swithc to standard view boardwalk for the same two weeks, less points but dont really care if it does not happen, excited to go home to Ssr. Good Luck with everyhting.

We recently purchased at SSR too. My guide told me if we want to make a reservation before our closing to call her and she would book it for us, so if MS can't book it, try calling your guide.

Me too. I already have 200 at bWv and just added 50 for the extra 12 yrs at SSR .. My 50 pts where there the next day..
