Just bought BWV direct and they backdated 2020 points!!

Thanks to this board, I decided to take advantage of the current Sale and just bought 200 at BWV with $37/p discount. My current Poly contract has Dec use year and they added the 200 to the same use year and back dated 2020 points to be manually banked. Meaning, I have 200 points tomorrow and another 200 points to use within 30 days!! I am really excited. Out of the last 5 years owning Polynesian, I never stayed there once and always go to Animal Kingdom and Boardwalk. Our family cook a lot and we pack food with us to the park everyday so a full kitchen is absolutely essential for our planning. Did a couple of Old key West cuz I was booking last min. But Boardwalk is truly our favorite so I am pretty stoked. Just want to share my excitement.

So happy for you!!! I did the same thing when I bought RIV at the end of March with an April UY. We are staying there for the first time with our new points next week. Boardwalk is a favorite too you will have 20 years of great memories to come

That is awesome! The 2020 points you received are what you are entitled to receive with a Dec UY. The late banking is something they will do for owners buying late in your UY. Having said that, this does not always happen with a sold out resort so the fact that they had them for you to buy is a BIG win. Many times people have to go on a waitlist to get them!!!
