Just Booked Wishes Dessert Party

We were told it was Standing Room Only so I'm guessing they have to say that since you won't be able to see the fireworks from the tables. So my guess is that you can sit and enjoy your desserts then you have to get up and stand by the railings for the fireworks. :)

This looks so cool!!! Is there anything similar at Epcot?

There is, but you have to book it as a private event and it costs a lot more because you have to pay a reservation fee for the pavilion you're using, plus a per head cost. We did it after our wedding reception 2 years ago for all our wedding guests. It was really fun :)

Does anyone know why they aren't making this a permanent thing? I really would love to do this but we are going in Sept? TIA

We booked yesterday for July 15th. It will be just myself and my DS. I am hoping it will be a worthwhile experience. I LOVE WISHES!!!

Wishes is my favorite, too!

This is a "just girls" trip for us. My mom, myself, and my three daughters. I'm excited to do something we've never tried before.

Me too June 28th!!!!!!!!
I booked it as a surprise for my best friend because she's never been to the world, and I LOVE :lovestruc WISHES AND DESSERTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! heeeeheeeheeee

The party sounds amazing and the desserts look fantastic. I am only hoping there will be a good view of the fireworks, and the parade.

I am also hoping my 6 year old will make it through the day, because we will be coming off of a Disney cruise that morning.

We just got back from our stay and we went to the Wishes Dessert Party on July 3. I'll be happy to answer any questions anyone has :) Just let me know :thumbsup2

I booked mine for Sat 25 Jul - so excited it's my stepson 15th Birthday that day and he just loves desserts:dance3:

Yes, the party starts 1 hour before Wishes, so 9pm.

I'm pretty sure you cannot view Spectro well, if at all, from the TL Terrace. But I haven't been over there in awhile to comment on that.
I was told when I booked that we would have parade viewing.

We will be there 7/28!

Can anyone else confirm that the price for this went UP?

I just booked it for Aug 23rd and was told 30.68 per person (change might be off, but it was between $30 and $31!), and that the Disney Dining Plan credits could be used on it.

Sounds like they booked the Tomorrowland Terrace Station dinner buffet for you. The DP is 17.99 plus tax per person, you can't use any credits for it, and your CC is charged when you book it. Call them back to fix it. :)
