Just booked surprise Oct trip! How to surprise DD?

So excited! This will be our first visit to MNSSHP and our first October trip. Any suggestions on how to surprise my daughter? Our flight leaves at 7 am on a school day so I will have to wake her up really early. Any clever ideas are welcome!

Last time I surprised her she got a letter from Santa at 5 am telling her she won tickets to MVMCP the following day She started crying because she thought she couldn't go LOL. It still worked out great though and she still feels pretty happy that Santa likes her so much.

Does she have a favorite character who could send her a little note under her door?

My sister bought a huge life-sized Mickey Balloon from the party store and put it in a big box with a bow on it in my nephew's room. He was like "what the heck is this box for?" He opened it up and it was the balloon and a note that said "pack your bags, we're going to Disney World." Pictures are priceless of that!

Last time we went, my husband and I had the kids eating breakfast and watching (of course) the Disney channel. We slipped upstairs and came down with matching Disney shirts and the kids were like "why are you wearing that?" We gave them their matching shirts and yelled "we're going to Disney World." GREAT moment.

This year, our "Elf on the Shelf" who visits every year on Thanksgiving will be bringing them a super secret message telling them we have been keeping a big secret from them. Then it will lead them on a scavenger hunt to find the scrambled message of "We're Going to Disney World" -- hopefully it will be amazing

I'm sort of in the same boat. Both my DD8 and my DH know that we are going to Disney in October, but they both think we are staying off-site and I can't figure out the best way to surprise them.
