That is the annual pass rate. You can purchase an annual pass for $229. You can check annual pass rates by entering APH as the code when you check rates online at www.loewshotels.com

Can you book an APH rate before you buy the annual pass - is it ok as long as you have the pass when you check into the resort?
And can you book more than one room - as in for friends - using your annual pass?
You can book before you have the pass. You can't book rooms for people without the pass. You would have to be paying for it.
Thanks Damo
I would be paying for the second room as a treat for our friends who could't really afford it otherwise - does that mean its ok then?![]()
The recent rule seems to be that you can book two rooms with one AP. Make sure you ask when you book. I don't anticipate a problem though.
Please help me out. I'm just doing research for our trip in 3 weeks. I've already booked Royal Pacific for $219 AAA rate for 2 nights. If I put in the APH code mentioned here it's $139. Savings $80 x 2 = $160. Annual pass =$229?
Does only one member of our family need to have the annual pass to get this?
I'm so used to Disney prices that this is amazing me and I want to make sure it's true. Thanks.

Don't forget the annual pass cost may be $229 but how much was the ticket you were going to buy to get in the parks? You can subtract that from the AP cost and see a savings still. LOL did that make any sense? It did in my head![]()
We have MORE than made up the cost of our AP with hotel savings and merchandise savings (we are big shoppers
). Plus with an AP we find ourselves going just to do one thing or even though there's only 2 hours left in the day because we can and it's not "costing" us a day of tickets! And don't forget the discounts on merchandise and food!We have MORE than made up the cost of our AP with hotel savings and merchandise savings (we are big shoppers

We're too far away so this will likely be our only trip to Universal this year but it seems the saving will be worth it. I can't wait to tell my 3 tweenage DSs that *I* have an annual pass to Universal, though.
You mean I can change my $175 rate to $139 per night for our upcoming 4 night trip (savings of $144)? And all I have to do is buy an APH for $245 vs. a 4 day park-to-park for $151 (increase with tax included of just $94).
